A bit about myself and the careerlab project: As someone who has always been passionate about systematizing things in life, I believe that structure is a key component in unlocking your potential. This foundation led me to work in consulting and fintech, where I witnessed firsthand how complex and disorienting career decisions can feel–even for highly capable people.
Through my own experiences, I found that a well-organized approach can turn daunting transitions into something more manageable. Not necessarily easy, but clearer, more structured, and less overwhelming. Over time, I began to realize that many of the challenges we face in our working lives aren’t about motivation or ambition, but about not having the right systems to support thoughtful decisions. That realization shaped the way I work and share what I’ve learned. It’s not just about knowledge, but tools and perspectives to navigate change, make better decisions, while also handle the messiness of modern work.
This insight inspired me to create careerlab, a space to share resources like easy-to-use templates, thoughtful prompts, and small frameworks. Whether you’re just starting out or standing at a professional crossroads, having something tangible to work with—a structure, a new perspective, or simply a place to reflect—can make a real difference.
